Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.

During periods of high order volume, such as promotional sales or product launches, shipping and handling times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we’ll contact you by email.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and select international destinations.
Orders are typically fulfilled from one of our warehouses in:

  • Delta, British Columbia, Canada

  • Portland, Oregon, USA

We automatically select the warehouse that ensures the fastest and most cost-effective delivery based on your shipping address and stock availability.


Shipping Rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Large items such as roof racks, bed systems, or bulky components may include additional freight or oversized handling fees.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada & Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Areas (e.g., Alaska, Yukon, Northern Territories): 7–14 business days

  • International Orders: 10–20 business days (subject to customs clearance)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or factors beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

If you have not received tracking details after 3 business days, please contact info@roamlabx.com for assistance.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

RoamLabX is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs or customs charges) are the responsibility of the customer.

For U.S. and Canadian customers, most orders ship domestically and will not incur additional duties.


Damages and Lost Packages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, missing, or defective.
If your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier.

Pre-Orders and Backorders

Pre-order items will ship as soon as inventory becomes available.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately to avoid delay. You’ll be notified by email if split shipping applies.


Local Pickup (by appointment only)

If you prefer to pick up your order in person, we offer free pickup at:

  • Delta, BC, Canada, or

  • Portland, OR, USA

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, we’ll contact you via email when your order is ready.
